Not every business owner understands the value of building marketing assets and business systems.

…Some think they can wing it with their marketing… throw money at ads without a complete strategy… or think they already have solid systems in place, when all they have are a couple of manuals floating around the office or in PDF files.

But I see you are thinking differently, openly, smarter, So I’m glad you are here!

Let’s go back some years… How my journey has helped shaped my approach to marketing and business.

As a research scientist in biological sciences at The University Of Melbourne… in the late 1980’s to early 1990’s… I experienced hands on, what it means to test, experiment and measure results… in order to progress the work and extract meaning from the data.

And so… this strongly influenced my approach to marketing… Adding science into the marketing equation. Testing and measuring is an important part of what you do… and understanding that seeing the effects of some of your marketing strategies, can take time.

After some years, I realised I wanted to move into a career that had more contact with people… and so the Pharmaceutical Industry became very appealing.

Think… young, single and enjoying travel.

In my first year of moving into sales with Roche Products, I made the company over $1 Million in revenue, from mastering the art of conversational and value added selling.

You have to understand… that medical specialists and hospital staff are ridiculously busy, so speaking to a pharmaceutical sales representative, was never their priority.

Only by continually adding value through educational content (clinical papers and shared information) and having quality conversations, was I able to get in to see these busy Doctors and grow the company’s market share in anaesthetic products.

And so I learned over those years, the value of quality conversations… whilst studying my Masters Of Marketing, part time at Melbourne Business School.

Fast forward a handful of years… to our babies arriving in our life and I sought to solve a problem and market need in the late 1990’s, by starting my ‘Natural Skin Care Products For Babies’ business.

Lessons there… match a market need, with your solutions.

Fast forward again… to where I wanted to to fulfil my dream of running my own Marketing Consulting Business and help other business owners with their marketing… and Business To Business Buzz was born.

And just for fun… right in the thick of the pandemic in 2020, I decided to add SYSTEMology® services too, after cultivating my passion to support clients with their business systemisation and scaling, through processes, systems and smart documentation.

We are a small dedicated team at Business To Business Buzz, here to deliver lasting marketing & business systems assets for your business.
